Samitivej and BNH Hospitals signed a memorandum 
of understanding to collaborate on the development of medical AI software with the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) of South Korea and Crescom

Chairat Panthuraamphorn, M.D., CEO of Samitivej and BNH Hospitals, signed a memorandum of understanding with the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) of South Korea and Crescom. This collaboration aims to support and facilitate the exchange of knowledge in medical technology, particularly for the development of software including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of medicine, both in Thailand and South Korea.

Samitivej Children's Hospital has already implemented medical AI software from Crescom to analyze and predict the growth of bones in children. This software enhances the capability of precocious puberty treatment, in particular by reducing analysis time while increasing diagnostic accuracy, thereby reinforcing Samitivej's commitment to leading standards in healthcare services and preventive care. The MOU signing took place at the COEX Convention & Exhibition Center in Seoul, South Korea.
