• Fitness testing/assessment such as VO2Max testing on Tests on the bicycle and treadmill, Balance System, Isokinetic, etc. (Sports Pre-Test Performance, FIFA Pre Competition Medical Assessment)

• Aerobic exercises– cardio training/endurance practicing with VO2max
