Getting Prepared for your Visit

At Samitivej, we strive to make the insurance payment process as transparent as possible and to make sure that all patients receive the coverage to which they are entitled. All international patients who would like to arrange insurance payment in advance should email a scanned copy of both the front and the back of their insurance card, as well as a copy of a valid passport or other photo ID to our International Customer Service Department at info@samitivej.co.th. Our multilingual representatives will follow up and help organize all of the logistics.

The majority of our international patients are eligible for the “pay and claim” form of reimbursement. In these cases, Samitivej will provide the patient with all necessary paperwork upon discharge. The patient must then independently claim reimbursement from their insurance company.
