• Stomach pain, bloating, nausea, diarrhea, and excess gas.
• Irregular bowel movements, stomach pain resembling the need to pass stools but being unable to, pain during bowel movements, lower abdominal pain, stomach pain alongside frequent bowel movements, regular bouts of constipation, regular bouts of diarrhea, and alternating between constipation and diarrhea.
• Heartburn, acid reflux and feeling a lump in the bottom of the throat, difficulties swallowing, a sore throat, nausea, frequent burping, regurgitating stomach acid, chest pain, a chronic cough, swollen vocal cords or ear inflammation, losing your voice in the morning, colic, bloating caused by indigestion, and suspected gastroesophageal acid reflux disease.
• Passing bloody stools, and suspected hemorrhoids.
• A family history of colon cancer requiring a discussion of hereditary health conditions.
• Requiring a second opinion from either a doctor specializing in the liver and digestive system or a surgeon.
• Colonoscopies used in addition to annual health screening programs for those over the age of 45 or those deemed at risk due to factors identified during screening.

• The online doctor consultation is THB 1,000 per 30 minutes.
• 10% discount on medication prescribed during consultation through December 31, 2024

Medicine Delivery Service (through December 31, 2024)

• Same-day delivery within Bangkok for a fee of 100 THB per route
• Same-day delivery in Greater Bangkok incurs delivery fees calculated by distance
• Next-day delivery is offered for both Greater Bangkok and provincial areas, with a delivery fee of 100 THB per route
• The use of health insurance for online consultation and medication fees depends on the terms outlined in the patient's insurance policy. Kindly check your coverage directly with your insurer or the entity responsible for medical expense reimbursements.
