Terms and Conditions for Cashback Plan
- Only for specified screening services at participating hospitals
- Only for specified treatment programs or procedures that must be undertaken at participating hospitals
- Cashback scheme cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash but will be provided as a discount toward surgical treatment costs outlined in the package
- This plan may not be used retroactively in the event that surgery is already scheduled
- Only screened patients will be entitled to participate in the cashback plan
- Redemption must be within 3 months after screening, diagnosis, and doctor recommendation for surgical treatment procedures as outlined in the package
- Specified screening programs can be used through July 31, 2022
- Cashback may be used toward treatment costs exceeding insurance coverage
- May be used alongside other discounts, such as those on membership cards or credit cards
- Cashback may not be used as a discount toward doctor’s fees
- Privileges cannot be transferred to other parties
- Promotion only available to Thai nationals and foreigners residing in Thailand
