Receiving the Moderna Vaccine at Samitivej Sukhumvit and Samitivej Srinakarin Hospitals

Once a vaccine recipient has received their Moderna vaccination appointment via SMS, if they are not available at that date and time they should click here to request a postponement through our vaccine management system no more than 3 days after they receive the SMS. This is because the vaccines have expiration dates. When postponing, please select an appointment date before July 15, 2022.

  1. Bring your passport to your appointment 
  2. Register and receive your vaccination on the 4th floor
