Samitivej Celebrates 16 Years of the New Life Fund a Two Thai League Matches Featuring Buriram United, True Bangkok United, and Muangthong United

Saran Intakul, M.D., Deputy Director of Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital and Director of Samitivej Chinatown Hospital, attended two key football matches: Buriram United vs. True Bangkok United on February 1, 2026 at Chang Arena, Buriram, and True Bangkok United vs. Muangthong United on February 22, 2026 at True BG Stadium, Pathum Thani.

Beyond the excitement of cheering for their favorite team, Samitivej invited fans to take part in charitable activities by contributing to the Samitivej New Life Fund. Donors received limited edition souvenirs such as bags, scarves, pins and special edition teddy bears.

There were also troop activities in front of the stadium, where fans could meet Dr.Carebear mascot and scan to add LINE @Samitivej. For every scan, Samitivej contributed 16 THB to the fund. Fans also had the opportunity to win Dr.Carebear signed by players from Buriram United and True Bangkok United through the Samitivej Club Facebook page.

All proceeds, totaling  84,281 THB before expenses, were contributed to the Samitivej New Life Fund. The fund has supported 308 children with congenital heart disease, 9 children requiring bone marrow transplantation, and 39 children undergoing scoliosis surgery, reflecting Samitivej’s commitment to expanding access to life-changing treatment for underprivileged Thai children.
