Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital welcomed participants of the BDMS Green Healthcare 2026 Site Visit Program on Friday, February 6, 2026. The delegation of 50 BDMS personnel was welcomed by Parit Plainkum, M.D., Ph.D., Assistant Director of Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, and led by Assoc. Prof. Soranit Silatham, M.D., Chairman of the BDMS Green Healthcare  Project Committee.

During the visit, participants toured key hospital systems and facilities, particularly the newly opened Building B, including utility systems, green spaces, the wastewater treatment system, and the waste management facility. They also viewed presentations on the "Samitivej Wins Waste" project, which transforms used bottles and plastic through upcycling into equipment and uniforms for use within the hospital.
