Weeraphong Chaiyaput, M.D. Assistant Director of Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, participated in the second edition of the Age-friendly activity series titled “Move Your Body for Immunity.” The event featured engaging activities such as Paslop (a gentle aerobic exercise) designed to enhance circulation and open energy pathways, as well as simple rhythm-based exercises. Attendees were able to safely participate in these activities under the supervision of doctors and nurses.
The event also included a health talk on the topic, “Good Immunity, Long Life,” presented by Sawana Srirattanawong, M.D., a geriatrician. The session provided valuable insights into essential vaccines for seniors.
