Moreover, it accentuated quality and standard that Samitivej Children’s Hospital dedicated to patients. There were 267 projects submitted by 102 hospitals from 12 countries. Samitivej Children’s Hospital provides 24/7 emergency care for pediatric patients by a team of doctors and medical staff fully prepared to treat children involved in accidents as well as those in a critical condition. In order to lead our patients along the best path toward recovery, our care extends to the accident site itself and continues throughout the journey to the hospital by ground or air medical transport. Our comprehensive emergency care includes comprehensive emergency care equipment used by a team of pediatric emergency critical care specialists and medical staff who have undergone extensive training in the field of pediatric emergency medicine under our collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University, USA. Our services follow widely accepted accident and emergency protocols, providing treatment for patients from the critical care stage through recovery, until the patient is all well and healthy.
