Samitivej Plus is a digital healthcare platform used by 6 branches of the Samitivej Hospital Network (Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, Samitivej Sriracha Hospital, Samitivej Chonburi Hospital, Samitivej Thonburi Hospital, and Samitivej Chinatown Hospital). Samitivej Plus connects its users with hospital outpatient information. Users can then access tailored services at the touch of their finger with our quick, easy to use and accurate system which places the utmost priority on data protection and patient rights. The following key functions are available through the platform: 

• Virtual Hospital – Like a physical hospital, with doctor consultations, examinations and treatments, all available online at any time, from anywhere. 
• My History – Check your previous outpatient medical history, including diagnoses, medication usage instructions, laboratory results, X-rays, ultrasounds, and check-up reports. 
• Appointments – View your latest appointment information, search for a doctor and check their schedule, or make an appointment online. 
• FastPayment – Pay instantly by credit card, Alipay or WeChat to eliminate waiting times. 
• Health Diary – Record your personal healthcare information to ensure greater accuracy of care. 
• Smart Health – Choose whether to receive a tailored health screening program, which is like having your own family doctor on hand to provide personalized advice. 
• Emergency – Call on the hospital’s emergency team, including ambulance services, at any time. 
• Queue – Check your hospital queue number from your device. 
• Health Articles – A place to access all our video content and health articles to help you steer clear of illness. 
• Promotions & News – A single location to view all Samitivej discounts and promotions. 
• Feedback – We want your feedback to help us improve our services. 

Samitivej FastPay makes payments more convenient than ever before. Samitivej Hospital has developed the new payment channel in cooperation with its financial partner, SCB, to offer patients fast and easy-to-use payments. Our patients can choose between the following two main payment methods:

1. Samitivej Plus Mobile Application: Use your mobile phone for fast and convenient payments by credit card. Just download Samitivej Plus application today, enter your details and begin using this new and fast channel to pay hospital bills, with the highest level of security. Moreover, outpatients will receive a 10% discount on medication, laboratory and X-ray fees. This special privilege can be redeemed each time you make a payment through Samitivej Plus.Application process: Fill in your first name, surname, date of birth, phone number and email address. Once registered, you can to check your health details at any time through Samitivej Plus.
2. QR Code Scan at any FastPay Station: Patients can also pay by scanning their QR code, and receive a 10% discount. QR code scan is safe, convenient and supported by any bank’s mobile banking application.

1. 10% discounts are exclusive to payments through Samitivej Plus and FastPay.
2. 10% discounts apply to medication, laboratory and X-ray fees only and are exclusive to outpatients. Excluded are doctor’s fees, special medication fees, CT, MRI and ultrasound scan fees, and any special medical instrument fees. Discounts are valid until December 31, 2021.
3. The discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other Samitivej discounts, promotions or special privileges.
4. The discounts may only be redeemed at Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital and Samitivej Children’s Hospital.
5. The hospital reserves the right reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. The receipts issued by these payment channels are sent via email or SMS message and may be used for requesting an official tax invoice at the accounting department.
