Sports Performance Test Program
Unlock Your Performance Potential
Free! Samitivej Wearable Clinic (Value: 1,220 THB).
The Sports Performance Test Program is more than a standard sports health check. It is an in-depth assessment of your health and physical condition to identify the factors affecting your performance and recovery. You'll also receive a personalized performance development plan to help you train more effectively, because peak performance comes from more than just training harder.
For those looking to improve athletic performance, including:
- HYROX athletes
- Marathon runners
- Trail runners
- Triathletes
- Cyclists
- Active professionals who exercise regularly
- Those preparing for a competition or aiming for a personal best (PB)
- Those who train hard but are not seeing performance improvements or who recover more slowly than expected
Why get tested?
Training harder doesn't always lead to improved performance.
Often, seemingly small factors such as iron deficiency, hormonal imbalances, chronic inflammation, inadequate recovery, poor movement patterns, or an inefficient metabolism can be the reason why you:
- Train hard without seeing improvements
- Fatigue easily
- Recover slowly
- Experience recurring injuries
- Fall short of your Performance goals
An in-depth assessment helps identify these underlying factors early, allowing you to optimize your training plan, nutrition and overall health management. This helps you train more effectively, reduce the risk of injury, and maximize your athletic potential.
How is this program different from a standard sports health check-up?
The Sports Performance Test Program goes beyond assessing whether you are simply healthy. It provides an in-depth evaluation to identify the factors affecting your performance and recovery. The assessment includes:
- Assessment of blood health, iron status, and factors affecting oxygen delivery to the muscles, which influence endurance, stamina and long-duration exercise, as well as inflammation and recovery.
- Vitamin and mineral balance.
- Metabolic function.
- Hormonal function related to muscle development, energy production and recovery.
- Evaluation of heart and lung performance and oxygen utilization to determine your optimal training zones and support effective training planning.
- Assessment of functional performance.
Transform your health check-up results into personalized performance insights that help optimize your training, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention that go beyond the results of a standard health check-up.
