Samitivej Hospital welcomed
faculty members from the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, as well as faculty members and MBA students from National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan, to exchange knowledge and to gain administrative and management experience in medical tourism

Surangkana Techapaitoon, M.D., Deputy CEO of Samitivej and BNH Hospitals and Director of Samitivej Children’s Hospital, alongside a management team, warmly welcomed 40 faculty members from the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, as well as faculty members and MBA students from National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. The meeting promoted the sharing of knowledge and experience in the field of medical tourism management, with a focus on telemedicine services and AI medical innovations, and included visits to various hospital departments, including Samitivej Virtual Hospital that offers video consultation with doctors 24/7, the Advanced Robotic Rehabilitation Center, and the Digital Health Venture which is an innovation and venture arm of Samitivej Hospitals & BNH Hospital. The visit, which took place on February 29, 2024 at Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, marks the establishment of strong international relationships and will be used to enhance management efficiency and educational development at both academic institutions.
