Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Presides Over the Grand Opening of the New Children's Building at Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, Honored by the Presence of Members of the Diplomatic Corps in Thailand and Their Spouses, Hospital Executives, Doctors, Nurses, Medical Personnel, Hospital Staff, guests from leading medical institutions from the United States and Japan, and international business partners.

March 5, 2025 – Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presided over the official opening ceremony of the new Children's Building at Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital. Welcoming Her Royal Highness were members of the diplomatic corps in Thailand and their spouses, hospital executives, doctors, nurses, medical personnel, hospital staff, guests from  leading medical institutions from the United States and Japan, and international business partners.

Her Royal Highness graciously officiated the inauguration of the Children’s Building by laying her hand upon the tablet activation panel. Following this, Her Royal Highness viewed  a documentary presentation about the hospital before attending a tour of the hospital’s specialized pediatric centers, including Pediatric Blood and Cancer Center and Stem Cell Transplantation Center, Pediatric and Neonatal Cardiology and Heart Surgery Center, and Pediatric Emergency and Trauma Center. After the final stop at the ENT and Hearing Center, Her Royal Highness participated in an official photograph with hospital executives and medical personnel. Her Royal Highness then signed a commemorative plaque before departing from the Children's Building at Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital in the royal car.
