Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital is committed to the health and safety of its service recipients, hospital personnel, related parties and the public. The hospital promotes health and creates a safe working environment to prevent and reduce injuries and illnesses related to work, and has established the following policy:
It is the responsibility of all personnel, with an emphasis on organization-wide participation, to:
- Ensure a positive working environment and promote safety and occupational health.
- Adhere to policies, laws, international standards, and relevant safety, occupational health and working environment requirements, and allocate sufficient and appropriate resources to achieve set objectives.
- Support and promote the development of safety, occupational health and working environment management systems, including operational activities, risk management, health monitoring, and performance monitoring and evaluation, to ensure safe practices and continuous improvement in occupational health and safety operations.
- Improve understanding, provide training, offer consultations and encourage participation in safety, occupational health and working environment activities for service recipients and hospital personnel.
- Promote and support the well-being of service recipients and hospital personnel through various health promotion activities.
