Robinhood Partners with Samitivej to Launch the ‘Kitchen More’ Campaign
Gathering health lovers by serving them healthy, nutritious meals

Robinhood, a leading Thai food delivery platform, has built partnerships with a diverse range of companies as part of its plan to continuously improve. Its latest partnership is a collaboration with Samitivej Hospital establishing the ‘Kitchen More’ campaign. Through the campaign, menus from 20 famous restaurants have been selected for inclusion on the platform after being evaluated by doctors and nutrition specialists from Samitivej Hospital.

These dishes are suitable for people with underlying conditions who need careful management of their nutritional intake such as sugar, fat, or salt. There are vegetarian and immune boosting menus for those with health conditions and health lovers. The dishes also present healthy options for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Mr. Seehanat Lamsam, Managing Director of Purple Ventures Ltd. and mastermind behind Robinhood’s food delivery services, said, “Throughout the year, Robinhood has seen consistent growth and has received a good response from restaurants and customers who use our application. We are committed to continuously creating a diverse range of options on our platform in response to the multidimensional needs of our customers. Indeed, our latest partnership is with Samitivej Hospital called ‘Kitchen More,’ a campaign regarding healthy meals selected by Samitivej doctors. Our aim is to keep up with current health trends and expand the options for those with health conditions who want to conveniently control their nutrition via their food delivery application. We hope to be a middleman capable of providing an essential link between small restaurants and riders looking to increase income through food delivery, and our more than 2.3 million customers, many of whom wish to use the app to order healthy meals.”

Ms. Thidakarn Rujipattanakul, M.D., Deputy Director of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, said that “The COVID-19 pandemic has had wide ranging impacts across several sectors, and has led to massive changes in consumer habits. Thai people are now a lot more interested in eating healthily. However, the most common pain point identified by people who have health conditions is the difficulty in managing their nutritional intake. Unfortunately, until now, these needs have not been met by food delivery platforms. This is why we have decided to utilize our experience and expertise by selecting menus from 20 famous restaurants from the Robinhood platform that can be promoted based on the menu options they offer which satisfy these special requirements. For example, these menu options include dishes suited to those with diabetes, kidney disease, and heart disease, vegetarians, pregnant women, and many others. All selected menus have been evaluated by our team of doctors and expert Nutritionists. Our goal is to improve the choices on offer to Thai society as a whole as part of our vision that ‘we do not want anyone to get sick’

As a special offer for Robin Hood customers, we are offering a 200 THB discount toward an online Video Call to consult with our doctors, available 24 hours a day via Samitivej Virtual Hospital.”

This partnership reflects the shared objective of both organizations, which is to support Thai society on its journey to becoming healthier.
