Samitivej and BNH Hospitals, and Affiliated Companies, Win the 'Fin. Dee (Good Finance) Happy Life' Employee Financial Health Promotion Agency Award, Achieving an Outstanding 5-star Rating from the Bank of Thailand

'Fin. Dee (Good Finance) Happy Life' is a project aimed at building financial resilience and promoting financial management skills among employees. For their work in promoting financial management skills among its employees, Samitivej (comprising all 7 Samitivej Hospitals), BNH Hospital, First Health Food Co., Ltd. and Digital Health Ventures Co., Ltd. were recognized with the Employee Financial Health Promotion Agency Award. The program includes various financial health promotion activities for employees organized throughout the year, including financial knowledge sessions (covering topics such as savings, debt management, and investment), financial health assessments, and activities aimed at stimulating positive behaviors. These activities are conducted monthly through an online ‘Wealthy Talk’ delivered by expert financial advisors. There are also savings competitions, debt clinics and assistance programs aimed at helping employees reduce debt in a fair manner, as well as creating additional income opportunities through online and onsite employee marketplaces.
