Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital Supports the Football Dreams of Thai Youth through the BDMS PRESENTS BUNDESLIGA DREAM 2024 Project

Adinun Kittiratanapaibool, M.D., Director of Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, and Saran Intakul, M.D., Deputy Director of Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, along with specialists in orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, and physical medicine and rehabilitation, welcomed 10 young football players under 15 years old from across the country as part of the BDMS PRESENTS BUNDESLIGA DREAM 2024 project.

The youth received health education, medical check-ups and a tour of the various sports medicine services at “FitLAB by Samitivej,” a comprehensive sports medicine center that focuses on the health of athletes at all levels, from professional athletes to general fitness enthusiasts. The young athletes underwent VO2 max testing, physical fitness assessments, a trial of Vertimax (equipment designed to enhance athletic performance), and bone age evaluation, along with receiving advice on proper nutrition. This experience was designed to prepare them for their future as professional football players.
