Marking 15 Years of the Samitivej New Life Fund, Samitivej International Children’s Hospital Receives Ongoing Support from Thai Life Insurance for the 8th Consecutive Year to Fund Surgeries for Children with Congenital Heart Disease

Surangkana Techapaitoon, M.D., Director of Samitivej International Children’s Hospital and President of the Samitivej New Life Fund, Professor Emeritus Chanika Tuchinda, M.D., Executive Advisor at Samitivej International Children’s Hospital and Honorary Advisor for the Samitivej New Life Fund, and Nattipat Juthacharoenwong, M.D., Head of the Pediatric Department at Samitivej International Children’s Hospital, were on hand to receive a donation from Mr. Chai Chaiyawan, Director & Chief Executive Officer of Thai Life Insurance Public Co., Ltd. and Vice Chairman of the One For Lives Foundation, along with the executive team from the One For Lives Foundation. The donation to the Samitivej Heart Fund, made in 2024, which helps underprivileged children born with congenital heart defects to have a new lease on life through surgery.
