By simply connecting data from your Smartwatch or Smart Ring through the Well by Samitivej application, you will automatically receive Wearable Clinic membership privileges. This helps you continuously monitor your health and utilize your health data more effectively.

These privileges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Discount Coupons
1.1. Two (2) 500-THB discount coupons, applicable as a discount when receiving designated screening or examination services:

• Exercise Stress Test (EST)
• Exercise Stress Echocardiography
• Holter Monitoring (24 hours / 3 days / 7 days)
• VO2 Max Test

1,2 One (1) 1,000-THB discount coupon, applicable as a discount when receiving

• Full-Night Sleep Test (Polysomnography) at the hospital

*Only one discount coupon can be used per receipt

How to Redeem Your Privileges
Once you have connected your Smartwatch or Smart Ring to the Wearable Clinic, you can check your coupons on View All Menu.

1. Download the Well by Samitivej application and link your HN (Hospital Number) to the app.
2. Connect your Smartwatch and/or Smart Ring device.
3. The privileges will appear in the system within 48 hours.

If you wish to use your privileges on the same day, please contact the staff at the Cardiology Department on the 1st floor or via LINE: @WellbySamitivej prior to receiving services.

Terms and Conditions

• Privileges are exclusively for patients/service recipients of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital.
• Please connect your device to the Wearable Clinic via the Well by Samitivej app prior to redeeming privileges.
• Privileges cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with any other promotional programs.
• Privileges are transferable to others by displaying the privilege voucher via the Well by Samitivej application.
• Applicable only to designated screening items and physicians determined by the hospital.
• Please present your privilege voucher via the application prior to every service visit.
• Discounts apply solely to testing/screening service fees, excluding doctor fees and other hospital fees (if applicable).
