What is My Health+ ?

My Health+ is a secure web based application that allows patients to view their health history at any time from any device. Patients can use the system to view their physicians, view historical medical records and trends, schedule appointments, and view their prescription medications.

My Health+ FAQ

Patients may sign up for My Health+ at any time by visiting the Registration Counter at either Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital and Samitivej Children’s Hospital.

 

At this time, My Health+ is only available to patients of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital and Samitivej Children’s Hospital.

 

You can access My Health+ by visiting https://myhealth.samitivejhospitals.com in your browser from any internet accessible device.

 

Samitivej Hospital has taken great care to ensure that your personal health information remains private. We follow internationally recognized standards for the protection of personal health data. Your health information is securely encrypted through every stage of the process, from the time it leaves Samtiivej’s data servers to the time it reaches your device. Samitivej patients may only sign up for My Health+ by showing a valid government issued ID or passport at the Registration Counter at our Sukhumvit or Srinakarin facilities, and must then complete a two step authentication process to activate their account. While the application is secure, we remind our patients to remain diligent in securing their computers, tablets or phones when accessing My Health+.

 

My Health+ updates your records every day. If you are unable to view records of your most recent medical visit within two days of your appointment, you can contact info@samitivej.co.th to report this issue.

 

Yes, the appointment can be made by selecting the My Doctor menu.

 

Yes, you can display your doctors’ names and schedules by selecting the My Doctor menu.

 

Yes, you can display your prescribed medications and their indications by selecting the My Medication menu.

 

Your My Health+ account can be accessed outside of Thailand. However new My Health+ users can only create an account in person at our Sukhumvit and Srinakarin campuses. Samitivej patients no longer in Thailand who require access to their patient records can contact Samitivej Hospital at info@samitivej.co.th for instructions on alternative access methods.

 

My Health+ requires you to select a high level password. We understand that our users may occasionally forget their password. Users may reset their password from the My Health+ login screen.

  • My Health+ is available at Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital and Samitivej Children’s Hospital.
  • The first time user, please contact the registration counter of the hospital as above.
