- Male or Female, Age 22-28, Thai Nationality
- Welcome new graduates
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or in the related fields.
- Good communication in written & spoken English
- Good relationship, positive attitude ,strong communication and problem solving skill.
- Provide excellent customer service to all callers and to offer assistance where necessary
- Handle customer complaints, incidents and irregularities
- Able to manage local and international calls and email correspondent.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
