“We would like to thank Dr.Boonsaeng and his staff so much for the wonderful treatment we received at Samitivej hospital. After three frustrating and unsuccessful cycles of IVF treatment at various private clinics in the UK we had virtually given up hope of having a baby. However, on the recommendation of a friend we contacted the hospital and made an appointment with Dr.Boonsaeng.

We were very impressed by his thorough, professional and honest approach. He undertook tests to establish additional factors that may have been hindering our chances of conception and followed this up with necessary treatment. We then undertook a cycle of IVF (ICSI) treatment and were very appreciative of the support from the hospital, especially as we live in Cambodia and were not able to be in Bangkok for all of the treatment. The hospital went out of the way to make us feel cared for, even with such personal touches as recognising my husband’s birthday with a card and voucher for a lovely meal which was very much appreciated at such a stressful time.
