Polycythemia vera  เป็นโรคเลือดชนิดหนึ่งที่เกิดจากการที่ไขกระดูกสร้างเม็ดเลือดแดงจำนวนมากผิดปกติ ซึ่งอาจมีผลต่อการสร้างเม็ดเลือดชนิดอื่นเพิ่มขึ้นด้วย เช่นเม็ดเลือดขาวหรือเกร็ดเลือด แต่โรคนี้จะมีความผิดปกติของเม็ดเลือดแดงมากกว่าเม็ดเลือดชนิดอื่น

   Polycythemia Vera  is a disease in which too many red blood cells in the bone marrow so make the number of white blood cells and platelets may also increase, specially in red blood cell is the most.

     โรคปวดกล้ามเนื้อเป็นปัญหาที่พบบ่อยมาก ซึ่งนิยามของโรคนี้ คือ กลุ่มอาการปวดจากปมกล้ามเนื้อหดตัวซึ่งเป็นบริเวณที่ขาดเลือดไปเลี้ยงและแสดงอาการปวดออกมาเฉพาะแบบตามแต่กล้ามเนื้อนั้นๆ  และทำให้กล้ามเนื้ออ่อนแรง   มีอาการชา  รวมถึงระบบประสาทอัตโนมัติผิดปกติ เช่น เวียนศีรษะ  ตาพร่ามัว  ตาแดง  น้ำตาไหล

     หากเราชงกาแฟด้วยกาแฟผงสำเร็จรูปธรรมดา(Instant coffee) ในถ้วยกาแฟก็จะประกอบด้วย ผงกาแฟ น้ำตาล และครีมเทียม อ้อ..รวมกับน้ำร้อนด้วยครับ สำหรับน้ำตาลทรายนั้น 1 ช้อนชาให้พลังงาน 20 แคลอรี ส่วนครีมเทียม 1 ช้อนชาจะให้พลังงานประมาณ 20 แคลอรีเช่นกัน ซึ่งผู้ที่กำลังควบคุมน้ำหนักอาจจะต้องลดส่วนผสมทั้งสองอย่างนี้ ในขณะที่ผงกาแฟนั้น   ส่วนประกอบที่สำคัญที่สุดและเป็นเหตุผลที่ทำให้คนดื่มกาแฟก็คือ คาเฟอีน(caffeine)

             Rabies is a viral disease that causes acute encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) in warm-blooded animals. It is transmitted by both wild and domestic animals, most commonly by a bite or any scratch from an infected animal but occasionally by other forms of contact.
